About the course
Some of the most serious harm in the workplace falls outside the protected-class statutes. Bullying, retaliation, and abuse of power often slip through the gaps. Forced arbitration, NDAs, and other silencing mechanisms keep much of it out of public view. This course was recorded live in the attorney track of the National Leverage Lab 2026 in Washington, DC, which drew more than 300 participants. It brings together attorneys who represent workers and push for reform. They speak candidly about alternative legal theories, building a record, proving psychological injury, the imbalance of power in litigation, and where the law is headed.
